1. Allocate at least $50 million in total hedge fund assets, not including internally run assets, seed investments or 1st loss investments.

2. Allocate to at least 8 external hedge fund managers

3. Spend most of your time doing research on hedge funds or hedge fund selection

4. Not be a salesperson for the firm
